Job Submission

Though we recommend submitting jobs using the command line tool (see Command Line), you can also submit jobs from within Firecloud. The steps to do that are as follows:

1. Navigate to your workspace
2. Click on the Method Configurations tab, then select the method corresponding to your pipeline
3. Scroll down to Connections and select Populate with a .json file next to Inputs
4. Upload your pipeline configuration file
5. Click the Launch Analysis button in the top right of the screen
